Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship our products within Austria and the European Union with recognized shipping providers (e.g. Austrian Post, GLS, DPD or UPS).

Shipping costs
 - Orders up to 50 €: Flat rate shipping fee 4.95 €
- Orders from 50 € to 80 €: flat shipping fee 2.95 €
- Orders over 80 €: free shipping

Delivery times

  • Delivery time within Austria: usually 3–5 working days
  • Delivery time within the EU: usually 5–10 working days

Returns & Returns

If a product does not fit you or you wish to return it for any other reason, please contact us by email at [office@sykes-sports.com] or via our contact form .

We will then send you all the necessary information – including the return address and brief instructions on how to complete the return.

Please note that the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer .

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the corresponding amount using the original payment method used.

Sizes

To ensure your Sykes glove fits perfectly, please note the following information for our models:

NextGen models (children's sizes 4 – 7)

Our NextGen gloves run a little smaller.
If your current glove size from another brand is already rather tight, we recommend choosing a size larger .

Sykes ONE models (sizes 7 – 11)

  • If you normally wear size 7 to 8.5 with other glove brands, please choose a whole size larger with us.
  • From size 9 or larger , it is sufficient to take half a size larger .

Payment methods

In our online shop you can pay conveniently and securely using the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Klarna (invoice or instant bank transfer)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay
  • EPS transfer (Austria)

All payments are processed securely and encrypted via Shopify Payments .

Cleaning gloves

Immediately after training, rinse your gloves thoroughly with lukewarm water – inside and out.
No hot water, no soap, no detergent.

If you like, you can use a mild, pH-neutral hygiene cleaner for sports gloves.

Dry:
Gently squeeze the gloves and let them air dry .
Never place in the sun, never on the heater, never in the dryer.

Why cleaning is important:

Dirt clogs the pores of the latex and impairs grip.

Regular cleaning keeps the grip consistently strong and extends the life of your gloves .

Remember: Only clean gloves are good gloves.
